Slipknot is an American heavy metal group formed in Des Moines, Iowa, US in 1995. The band has 9 members, they are Sid Wilson, Joey Jordison, Paul Gray, Chris Fehn, Jim Root, Craig Jones, Shawn Crahan, Mick Thomson, and Corey Taylor. The breakthrough to the mainstream success happened in 1999 when they released their debut album Slipknot. Q called this album as one of the 50 Heaviest Albums of all Times.
