American country music singer-songwriter Jack Owen Ingram, known better as Jack Ingram born on November 15, 1970 in The Woodlands, Texas, the United States. He started his career in 1992 while the first songs were written during his studies in Southern Methodist University in Dallas. He began as the opening for Mark Chesnutt and other acts and was touring throughout Texas. His debut album Jack Ingram was released 1992. Later he signed to Warner Bros. Records and released his first live album Live at Adair’s. The breakthrough to the mainstream success happened only in 2005 when he signed an independent label Big Machine Records and released the album Live: Wherever You Are.
