American worship and electronic rock band David Crowder Band was formed in Waco, Texas, the United States in 1996. The band members are David Crowder (lead vocals, acoustic guitar, programming), Jack Parker (vocals, electric guitar), Mike Dodson (bass guitar, keyboards, cello, clarinet), Jeremy Bush aka "B-wack" (drums, percussion, programming), Mike Hogan aka "Hogan" (violin/strings) and of Mark Waldrop (electric guitar/noise box). The band was founded by David Crowder in the Baylor University when he realized that half of the students didn’t attend church though it was a Christian university. He began worshipping and soon he attracted many people. In addition, he began writing songs to incorporate them in his worships. The album Remedy has been awarded as Worship Album of the Year 2008.
