Zakk Wylde (real name Jeffrey Phillip Wielandt) was born on January 14, 1967 in Bayonne, New Jersey, US. He’s famous for his collaboration with Ozzy Osbourse and with other rock groups. Zakk is a current Ozzy’s live and studio guitarist. He came for the first time to him in 1987 when he sent Ozzy his demo tape. And soon he replaced Ozzy’s guitarist Jake E. Lee. Zakk Wylde also formed a heavy metal group Black Label Society and released 12 studio albums with them, the last one is Skullage (2009). He took part in Pride & Glory as vocalist and lead guitarist. Zakk Wylde has made also a quite successful solo career, releasing a solo album Book of Shadows (1996) which you can download in mp3 from our site. He worked with Derek Sherinian, appeared in numerous different projects, like Guitar Hero World Tour, Monsters of Rock, Stairway to Heaven Tribute and many others.
