American rock and folk singer-songwriter, bassist and guitarist Aimee Mann was born on September 8, 1960 in Richmond, Virginia, the United States. She left her studies in Berklee College of Music and joined The Young Snakes punk rock band. Later she played in ‘Til Tuesday New Wave band but eventually embarked on a solo career. Her first several albums were unnoticed by the major audience and the breakthrough happened in 1999 when she recorded songs for Magnolia film soundtrack. The most popular song “Save Me” was nominated for Grammy and Academy Award. You can download this breakthrough soundtrack by Aimee Mann in mp3 from our site.
