Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark (simply known as OMD) is an English new wave, synthpop and electronic music band that was founded in 1978 by Andy McCluskey and Paul Humphreys, and currently consists of Andy McCluskey (vocals, bass guitar, keyboards), Paul Humphreys (vocals, keyboards), Martin Cooper (keyboards, saxophone) and Malcolm Holmes (drums, percussion). They quickly gained popularity in the early 1980 with their self-titled debut album, which produced the band's first hit singles such as "Electricity", "Red Frame/White Light" and "Messages". A year later, they released their UK best-selling album, Architecture & Morality, which spawned four singles, "Souvenir", "Joan of Arc", "Maid of Orleans (The Waltz Joan of Arc)" and "She's Leaving". It also became number three in the UK. Now, you may download OMD's album, Architecture & Morality, in mp3 from our site.
