Barry Gibb, birth name Barry Alan Crompton Gibb, is an English musician, singer-songwriter and producer, born on September 1, 1946 on the Isle of Man. He is known best of all as the member of one of the most successful pop bands in the music history, Bee Gees. He founded this band with his brothers Maurice and Robin and rose to the worldwide fame being the member of Bee Gees. It’s a remarkable fact that Michael Jackson was godfather of Barry’s son Michael. Gibb has also made a solo career. He has released two studio albums. The last demos, released after 2006, were distributed through iTunes. They are - The Eaten Alive, The Guilty, The Eyes That See In The Dark and The Heartbreaker. Gibb is known for singing with Barbara Streisand.
