American rapper Dwight Grant, birth name Beanie Sigel was born on March 6, 1972 in Phuladelphia, Pennsylvania, the United states. During his career, he collaborated with many other rappers and he has pursued a successful solo career. Sigel has released five studio albums. The debut album The truth was released in 2000 and quickly gained him popularity and mainstream success. The album reached number 5 on the Billboard 200 and was second on the US R & B and Hip-hop chart. He continued his success releasing two more very popular and commercially successful albums. Albums Reason and The B. Coming were certified Gold. His next albums weren’t so much popular and he couldn’t continue his success, though the albums charted as well.
