The Brothers Gibbs, nicknames as Bee Gees were a pop-rock British band formed by three brothers Barry, Robin and Maurice Gibbs. The band was formed in 1958 in Manchester, UK. Their forty years career showed several periods of their popularity which characterized by different music styles they were playing. The first period can be called as soft rock of the late 1960s and early 1970s, the second period was a disco one which lasted during the 1970s. During their career they have sold more than 205 million of records and singles. How Deep Is Your Love is their most famous composition which is covered by 400 times. Many different artist covered their songs, including Janis Joplin, Elvis Presley, Eric Clapton, Elton John, Tom Jones and Destiny’s Child. The band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of fame.
