Biography

Bowling for Soup (also known as BFS) is an American alternative rock, pop punk and punk rock band that was formed in 1994 by Jaret Reddick, Erik Chandler, Chris Burney and Lance Morril, and currently consists of Jaret Reddick (lead vocals, rhythm guitar), Erik Chandler (bass, vocals), Chris Burney (lead guitar, vocals) and Gary Wiseman (drums). In 2004, they released their commercially-successful album, A Hangover You Don't Deserve, which was certified Golg. The album's lead single, "1985", quickly became a Top 40 staple, peaking at number 5 on Billboard's Adult Top 40 chart. "1985" also became the band's biggest hit in the U.S., reaching number 23 on the Billboard Hot 100. The album also spawned the hits, "Almost" and "Ohio (Come Back to Texas)".
