Biography

American rock band Cheap Trick comes from Rockford, Illinois, the US, formed in 1974. The band still tours with the original line-up, they are Rick Nielsen, Tom Petersson, Bun E. Carlos and Robin Zander. They are often called “American Beatles” due to their melodiousness and speed and energy style. They have released 18 studio albums, some of them went Platinum, like In Color, Heaven Tonight, Dream Police and Lap of Luxury. All of these albums are available to download from our site in mp3. Cheap Trick’s hit singles are I Want You To Want Me, Dream Police and The Flame. The band entered the stardom in 1978 releasing their live album Cheap Trick at Budokan which was released at first in Japan and only then in the US. Many famous bands name Cheap Trick as their major influence, some of them are Guns N’Roses, Mötley Crüe, Nirvana, Green Day, The Smashing Pumpkins, Weezer and others.
