Do or Die are an American rap and hip-hop music band from Hillside, Illinois that was created in 1995 by AK-47, Belo Zero and N.A.R.D. They achieved international success in the mid-1990 with their breakthrough debut album, Picture This, which produced several hits such as "Po Pimp" (feat. Twista), "Playa Like Me and You" (featuring Johnny P.) and "Promise". This record was highly praised by critics. It also reached platinum status in the US. The album's lead single, "Po Pimp" (feat. Twista), which debuted at number one on the U.S. Rap. Later, this song reached number 15 on the U.S. R&B and number 22 on the U.S. Hot 100.
