Femme Fatale is an American band which was formed in 1987. It is from Albuquerque, New Mexico. Their musical genre is a blend of glam-metal, heavy-metal and hard-rock. The band was formed by Mazzi Rawd (guitar), Michael J. Downey, Lorraine Lewis (vocals), Rick Rael (bass), Bill D'Angelo (guitar) and Bobby Murray (drums). In 1988, Femme Fatale moved to Los Angeles and signed a recording contract with a subsidiary of MCA Records. After that, they recorded the debut album "Femme Fatale". They were at number 141 on the Billboard 200 the next year. They sold more than 200 thousand copies of this album. In 1989, Femme Fatale began recording the next studio album (Lady In Waiting).
