German folk-rock band Fiddler’s Green was formed in Erlanger, Germany in 1990. The band members are Ralf 'Albi' Albers (vocals, guitar, mandola), Tobi Heindl (fiddle), Rainer Schulz (bass), Stefan Klug (accordion, bodhran), Frank Jooss (drums, percussion), Patrick 'Pat' Prziwara (guitar and vocals). The band was influenced by Celtic rock a lot including such bands like the Pogues, the Waterboys and Great Big Sea. Thus, the band’s style is a mix of punk, rock and Celtic folk. The band defines their style as Irish Speedfolk. During their career, they have released 10 studio albums, an EP, two live CDs and two DVDs.
