Female Korean pop singer Mink which stands for Made IN Korea was born in 1984 in South Korea. Being a teenager she moved to Japan to proceed her education. At the same time she decided to sent her demos to the record labels and thus she was discovered by one of the major J-pop lable Avex Trax. She doesn’t sing in Korean, using only Japanese and English. Having achieved a mainstream success in Japan with help of such albums as The Prologue Album and E Motion she decided to hit the American market and her single Glory For Life reached the top spot of the U.S. Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart. In her career she also covered songs like Eagles’ “I Can't Tell You Why” and Stevie Wonder’s “Don't Worry 'Bout a Thing”.
