Virginia Patterson Hensley, known and loved by millions of people as Patsy Cline, was the star of American country music in the late fifties and in the early sixties. She was born in the Shenandoah Valley in Winchester, Virginia, on September 8, 1932. With her natural talent and spirit she won the top positions of the country charts in 1962. Her style and popularity has never waned. But her incredible success tragically was stopped by the plane crash on March 5th, 1963. Despite her immature death her reputation is still considered to be as one of the major female vocalists of all time. Such hits as «Walking After Midnight», «I Fall To Pieces», “Sweet Dreams” and “She’s got you” will always be associated with this talented and great singer. Patsy's graveside marker says it the best, "Death can not kill what never dies..." From our site you can download the Very Best of Patsy Cline in mp3.
