Biography

Travis Tritt is an American country music singer and songwriter. He was born on February 9, 1963, in Marietta, Georgia. He achieved international success in 1990 with his commercially-successful debut album, Country Club, which produced several hit singles such as "Country Club", "I'm Gonna Be Somebody", "Help Me Hold On" and "Drift Off to Dream". It also received platinum certification in the US and gold certification in Canada. In 1991, he released his following and best selling album, It's All About To Change, which yielded the singles, "The Whiskey Ain't Workin'", "Anymore" and "Here's a Quarter (Call Someone Who Cares)". The album's second single, "Anymore", peaked at number one on the Hot Country Songs charts. It's All About To Change also has been certified 3× Multi-Platinum in the US.
