Young Jeezy (birth name Jay Jenkins) was born on October 12, 1977, in Columbia, South Carolina, U.S. He is an American rapper and hip hop singer-songwriter and member of the group Boyz N Da Hood and USDA. Young Jeezy achieved mainstream success as a solo singer in 2005 with the album, Let's Get It: Thug Motivation 101, which you may download in mp3 from our site. The album spawned four singles, "And Then What" (feat. Mannie Fresh), "Soul Survivor" (feat. Akon), "Go Crazy" (feat. Jay-Z) and "My Hood". His following albums, The Inspiration and The Recession, produced the singles, "Go Getta" (feat. R. Kelly), "Put On" (feat. Kanye West) and "My President" (feat. Nas). "Soul Survivor", which featured Akon, became a top-ten hit in the U.S. He also appeared on the R&B singles "Love in this Club" by Usher and "I'm So Paid" by Akon (also with Lil Wayne).
